Hide del Arroyo

Forest Birds and Wildlife
in a Riverside Refuge
El Hide del Arroyo is located in one of the lushest and coolest areas of the estate, next to Los Chopos Stream, surrounded by a dense forest of riverside species. Its privileged location and shady surroundings create a jungle atmosphere, with soft light that is ideal for nature photography.
This hide is attached to a large natural pond, composed of two sheets of water with a continuous inflow and a small waterfall, which bring life and movement to the environment. Thanks to these unique conditions, a wide variety of species can appear, from forest and riverside birds to amphibians, small and large mammals, reptiles, rodents, mustelids, and even photographically interesting insects.
The enormous diversity of wildlife makes this hide a perfect place for both detailed photography and wider scenes. We recommend bringing macro and medium-lens (100 to 300 mm) for close-ups, as well as 400 to 500 mm telephoto lenses to capture more elusive animals or wider scenes.
